GLOBAL OUTREACH

As a church, we offer an opportunity for members to participate in outreach programs outside of the community we live in. These programs could simply be giving a donation to certain cause or going on a mission trip somewhere across the country to help rebuild communities from natural disasters. Below is a list of programs that we are currently involved with and offer support.

ELCA WORLD HUNGER

Each year our members provide regular and generous support for the ELCA World Hunger-part of the Lutheran World Federation relief efforsts-one of the world's best operated and most respected international aid programs.

KIVA

This innovative ministry provides small business loans through individual contributions that are repaid and used again. Contact Grace member, Bill Lucas, for more information.

MISSION TRIPS

Our members have gone to the Gulf Coast to help with Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Both youth and adults have traveled to various parts of the country to help rebuild homes for the poor and elderly.

QUILTING GROUPS

Volunteers meet every Tuesday morning to make quilts that are donated to Lutheran World Relief.
